As you may be well aware, Paris and Nicky Hilton are among the celebs who are partying up a storm at the 2010 Cannes International Film Festival in Cannes, France this week and — as you might imagine — they have been making the rounds at any and every party going on there. With all the partying comes a lot of drinking and revelry and, well, when it comes to the Hilton  sisters and revelry … anything is possible…

For the most part, the sisters have been behaving themselves pretty well … unlike years previous, they’ve not really been embarrassing themselves with crazy hijinks or serious faux pas. BUTT, at an event Monday night at the VIP Room nightclub where Paris  was partying with her younger sister Nicky and her younger brother Conrad things got a wee bit out of hand. Whenever there is booze in a nightclub with furniture to stand on, you can bet that the likelihood that Paris Hilton will climb up on a table and starting flashing the crowd will be high … which is why this photo of Paris flashing her flat butt isn’t all that surprising
